When organizing your jewelry box is to separate your jewelry by type. You should have a section of rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, as well as a miscellaneous section. During the separation process, be sure to find pairs for each of your earrings, and throw out any earrings that have lost their pair. If you come across any broken jewelry, either bring it in to get fixed or throw them away as well.
